User Agreement
Being allowed access to www.meducational.com
("the site") for Meducational Skills, Tools & Technology Inc.,
you enter into the meducational.com user agreement on the terms and conditions
set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Subject to the terms
contained herein, either party can terminate this agreement for any reason
provided that such termination shall be conditional upon, including but not
